From the first step of emailing in to show my interest in homing a cat I found Mikey extremely helpful with explaining the necessary steps and being on hand at all hours to answer any questions I had, the interview process was soo less daunting than I thought it would be due to the friendly nature of the team, I liked and appreciated the way that they match you with an appropriate cat an I couldn't be happier to be Sam's human!

Dealing with Moonstone Rescue has been an absolute dream, we have wanted a cat for so long.

We had a phone interview- not as daunting as it sounds, discussed our needs for a pet and luckily they had the perfect candidate! Their philosophy of understanding what an adopter is wanting and matching a cat to their needs ensures the best outcome for everyone.
Once we had been approved we were able to pick up Salem within a week, the whole process was seamless but thorough.

The Moonstone Rescue team made it so easy and have checked in since to make sure there were no problems and to help with any questions and of course check in on Salem- I may send too many pics- sorry!

Mikey and the Moonstone Team have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, we were very impressed with all the checks put in place to ensure we were going to care for Venus and be her forever family.

The time and care that goes into the match for all parties is second to none, Mikey made us feel at ease when completing each step of the process, our home was assessed and he covered all bases.

We are so in love with our beautiful girl, it's been almost 2 weeks since she joined our family and everyday she has shown us a little more of her wonderful personality. Mikey is at the end of the phone whenever we need him however daft our questions may be, he always responds in a kind and caring manner. This is our first time adopting, we have previously bought our cats from kittens, adopting is ever so rewarding and it will be our preferred way of finding a new fur baby in the future.
